The Bureau of Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE) has completed the review of the application from Accelerated Training Institute for Verification of Exempt Status pursuant to the California Private Postsecondary Education Act of 2009 (ACT) based on the application received on September 23, 2015. The application demonstrates that Accelerated Training Institute has met the qualifications for exemption from regulation under the Act, pursuant to California Education Code (CEC) section 94874(f); “educational program for total charges of two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500) or less when no part of the total charges is paid from state or federal student financial aid programs.”
